I’m Vanessa Curtis, an editor and award-winning writer who has published 8 novels for children and two biographies of Virginia Woolf. I’m a regular reviewer at the TLS and have published articles and reviews in all the major broadsheets. I work as an editor for Reedsy and previously edited for Cornerstones. I set up The Very Human Editor because I am passionate about editing - real, human editing that doesn’t use AI - and if you’d like my help on your book, then please get in touch.
